  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged or defective.
    • To qualify for a return, you must provide proof of the damage or defect.
    • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of defects.

    • Our customer support will guide you through the process for returning the item.
  3. Refunds Process:

    • Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues. Please carefully review our size chart before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
