1. Returns Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns must be initiated within 2days of the delivery date.

Certain items, such as intimate apparel or personalized/customized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support team for clarification.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@styleenvie.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. Refunds Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange for an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with photos of the damage or defect.
We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

6. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria or are returned without prior authorization.
